Catalyst is an enterprise resource planning platform built for laboratory services, connecting the full journey from first sales contact to accredited certificate.
In this work showcase, I designed two of its most demanding flows: Leads Management, where sales teams capture and move prospects through the pipeline without losing context, and Certificate Issuance, where labs assemble detail-critical documents with every result, method, and signatory kept exact.
The goal throughout was to turn dense, high-stakes lab operations into clear, guided views where the whole story lives in one place.
Laboratory teams were working across scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools, with no reliable way to see where a deal stood or who changed what on a certificate.
On the sales side, customer details, service interests, and follow-up history lived in separate places, making it slow to act and easy to let opportunities slip.
On the certificate side, a single wrong result, method reference, or recipient can invalidate an accredited document, yet teams often had no dependable trail of edits.
The challenge was to bring both heavily structured flows into one clear system without overwhelming the people using them daily.
Presented anonymously with illustrative data to respect client confidentiality.
